Open Search
Click Search in the sidebar to access the full-text search. You can search across all letters by content, sender, client name, or reference number.

Filter results
Use filters to narrow down your search results:
- Date range — Show letters from a specific time period.
- Client — Filter by a specific client.
- Sender type — Filter by HMRC, Companies House, etc.
- Urgency — Show only urgent or attention-required letters.
Tip
Search uses OCR-extracted text, so you can search for specific content within letters — such as tax references, company numbers, or amounts.
